Do you have experience with administrative processes in healthcare and do you know how to connect and motivate employees and practitioners, even during challenging periods and when many things are happening at once? Then the position of Team Manager at ZorgALO is for you!

We are looking for a team leader for the Front Door team within the Zorg ALO department. The Zorg ALO department (administration, logistics, and support) fulfills an essential role in the healthcare logistics and healthcare administrative chain, from the registration of clients to invoicing healthcare insurers. Your Front Door team is the first point of contact for GGZ InGeest for both clients and referrers, and the hub in the further care chain. The team provides the first step toward appropriate care for about 5,000 clients per year, namely the registration and the first contact for treatment or admission. At the same time, the work is changing. Digitalization and automation are taking up an increasingly large place. Following a reorganization of tasks, the team is in full motion to build together toward one shared mission. The dynamics are high and no two days are the same. You will provide overview and calm in that environment. You will work closely with care managers and the other teams within Zorg ALO. 

Your duties include: 

• Leading the team. You build a culture of ownership and collaboration, in which employees feel seen and heard. You conduct performance, development, and absenteeism interviews. You create an open communication culture in which ownership and collaboration are central.  

• Directing results. You monitor timely and appropriate follow-up of registrations according to agreed KPIs. You direct a smooth flow of clients within the intake process and keep a sharp eye on waiting times and accessibility. Together with the care managers, you set priorities based on client interest, anticipate risks to intake and capacity, and ensure that supply and demand align. You report clearly on progress and risks.  

• Collaboration and chain management. You maintain contacts and work together with care managers and other support services. You participate in internal meetings and cross-departmental projects.
