Team Leader Ready-to-Eat Packing

At Crisp, we want to make better eating possible for more people. Good food starts with good products. But only when they are neatly packed, correctly labeled, and safely sealed can a customer truly enjoy them.

As Team Leader Packing, you ensure that every product looks perfect before it leaves our door. Together with your team, you pack, check, and distribute everything to the correct orders. You have an eye for process, quality, and food safety, and you keep up the pace. Because a customer who unpacks their order and thinks "that looks good," that is what we do it for.

What you will do

• You operate the labeling, sealing, and packaging machines.

• You pack products correctly and ensure the right labeling.

• You check whether the product quality meets the standard: the correct label, the layout, the residual oxygen level, the seal, metal detection, and more.

• You ensure that packed products are correctly distributed across the various orders and end up with the right order.

• You maintain the equipment.

• You signal deviations.

• You maintain the required registrations: order distribution, measurements, production quantities, shrinkage, and more.

• You strictly adhere to safety regulations.

• You actively contribute in team meetings regarding process improvement.

• You actively participate in new initiatives.

• You are flexible. You handle change well. If your work suddenly changes, you adapt quickly and find your way in the new situation fast.

• You are accurate. You work neatly, structured, and according to schedule. You register and note where necessary.

• You are a problem solver. Is something not going as it should? Then you don't run away from it. You gather information, make a plan, and consult with your supervisor where necessary. You recognize problems in time and solve them well.

• You are technically handy. You can operate labeling and sealing machines and understand how production processes work.

• You are quality-conscious. You pay meticulous attention to the quality of the product.
