You have completed training as a psychotherapist and are BIG-registered.
You have an affinity for adults with severe psychiatric disorders and complex problems.
You work from a recovery-oriented vision and align with the wishes and possibilities of the client.
You enjoy working multidisciplinarily and know how to connect your expertise to that of colleagues.
You enjoy sharing knowledge and thinking along about the development of our care.
Do you want to offer psychotherapeutic treatment in a FACT team where experience, trust, and humor go hand in hand? At FACT Hoofddorp, you will work together with dedicated colleagues on recovery-oriented care for adults with severe psychiatric disorders. You will be given the space to apply your expertise, think along about treatment, and contribute to the development of our care.
As a psychotherapist, you look beyond the complaints alone. You have an eye for the client's background, relationships, and living environment. Together with clients, their loved ones, and the team, you work towards recovery, self-management, and a life with as much independence and meaning as possible.
As a psychotherapist, you make an important contribution to the treatment of clients with complex psychiatric problems. You connect your psychotherapeutic expertise to the broad, recovery-oriented approach of the FACT team.
You:
conduct intakes and map out the psychotherapeutic requests for assistance of clients;
develop treatment plans together with clients and colleagues and contribute to their implementation and evaluation;
offer evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatment, appropriate to the request for assistance, possibilities, and goals of the client;
work closely with colleagues to coordinate the psychotherapeutic treatment with the other care and guidance;
participate in multidisciplinary consultations, treatment plan discussions, and case discussions;
offer consultation and advice to colleagues regarding complex cases;
share your knowledge and think along about the further development and quality of the treatment within FACT.
The FACT team treats adults up to 65 years old with severe psychiatric disorders (SMI) and requests for assistance in various areas of life, such as housing, work, health, finances, meaning, and social contacts.
We work according to the F-ACT methodology: intensive outpatient, community-based care where treatment takes place in the client's own living environment as much as possible. We work closely with clients, their loved ones, and chain partners. The wishes and goals of the client form the starting point in this process.
FACT Hoofddorp consists of two multidisciplinary teams of approximately ten colleagues each. Almost all disciplines are represented within the teams, including psychiatrists, GZ-psychologists, outpatient nurses, social workers, and IPS job coaches. Each team works in its own part of Haarlemmermeer, but they collaborate intensively and know how to find each other easily.
You will join an experienced team in which colleagues enjoy sharing knowledge and standing ready for one another. The atmosphere is informal and dedicated: we work hard, but we also laugh a lot. Different insights are valued, and there is room for open conversation, new ideas, and professional development.
You will work from our Spaarnepoort location in Hoofddorp. Haarlemmermeer offers a varied working environment, with both metropolitan issues and requests for assistance from the surrounding villages.
You work in an experienced, multidisciplinary team in which collaboration, humor, and trust are central.
You are given professional freedom and space to take initiative.
You contribute to recovery-oriented care that connects to the daily lives of clients.
There is room for professional development, deepening of knowledge, and training.
The position is scaled in FWG 70 of the CAO GGZ.
