Assistant Warehouse Team Leader

As an Assistant Team Leader, you lead 10-20 employees, coach them in their daily activities, and ensure they work efficiently and safely. Additionally, you monitor your team's productivity. You know when to give someone a compliment, but you are also not afraid to address people if they are not doing what you expect of them. Your responsibilities are:

• You maintain an overview of the daily processes.

• You effortlessly pass on problems (and corresponding solutions) to the Team Leaders.

• You motivate Warehouse Associates and ensure they complete their work with pleasure and on time.

• You look critically at the processes and where they can be improved.

Our Assistant Team Leaders love to roll up their sleeves. Because they are very active on the floor, they quickly see what is going very well on the floor, but also what could be better. They communicate this with the relevant employees, whether they are Order Pickers, Team Leaders, or Operational Leads. Together they set the right priorities to ensure that everything runs flawlessly!

• You live in (the area of) Amsterdam/Zaandam or you have a car to be able to get there.

• Part of our groceries are located in the cooling. You do not mind working regularly in an environment of 3-6 degrees or in the freezer at -26 degrees.

• You are available in the evenings and on the weekend, and you can work at least 24 hours per week.
