Warehouse Team Leader (day shifts)

• at least 2 years of work experience as a warehouse team lead or similar role, you have a high sense of responsibility;

• good English language skills and preferably you speak Dutch;
• socially strong, you can manage towards targets and have a positive mindset.

• a salary in accordance with the DSV Solutions collective labor agreement (CAO) with a range of €2,751.57 to €3,632.40 gross per month, based on a 40-hour work week, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• working in day shifts, one week you work from 07:00 to 16:00 and the other week you work from 09:00 to 18:00 in a professional and informal working environment where your voice counts;
• 24 vacation days, 4 ADV days, and 8% holiday allowance;
• a favorable pension scheme, part of which is premium-free and includes an employee contribution of 5%;

• distributing operational tasks via a daily blue box meeting in the morning;
• informing our customer service about the previous day's events and planned daily activities;
