Construction Planner Renovation in the Netherlands

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291 and € 5,364 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• 43 vacation days with the possibility to have a maximum of 13 paid out.

Are you a down-to-earth work planner with several years of work experience and a heart for construction? As a work planner at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Hengelo, you will develop yourself even further, especially in the field of renovation and sustainability, and you will work on challenging projects in the East of the Netherlands. Ideally, you live in the east.

From our office in Hengelo, we work on diverse renovation and sustainability projects in the East of the Netherlands: from high-rise apartment blocks in the city center of Hengelo to 1960s terraced houses in villages or detached houses in the countryside. At the moment, we are working in, among other places, Spiegelstraat in Hengelo, Drakensteijn in Almelo, and Varvik Enschede.

Projects with real social impact, where people continue to live normally while you improve their living comfort and future-proofing.

This will be your job

You take care of organizing and the logical progress of the project. You are responsible for (time) planning, work schedules, procurement preparation, additional work calculation, and the proper administrative processing thereof. You keep a sharp eye on time, budget, quality, and safety, and you coordinate all disciplines (such as architectural, structural, and installations) in detail. In this way, you independently prepare various renovation projects. You are in control of this process and are the right hand of the project manager!

The technical elaboration of these projects also lies in your hands. You ensure that all activities are organized for execution, working with the help of modern tools and/or software. You do this in a team with which you will celebrate success together.
