As a Work Preparer at Omexom Projecten Zuid-West, you will work in a permanent project team. You will start on our project in Geertruidenberg and subsequently move on to other projects in South-West Netherlands. Your base of operations will always be the project itself, so that you can coordinate directly with supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

The work preparation team is moving increasingly towards the free domain: projects for industrial customers, energy parks, battery storage, and large consumers who have their own connection or installation realized. These customers demand speed, flexibility, and proactive thinking, and you will play a key role in that.

• You translate the design into an executable plan: work packages, scheduling, materials, and people.
• You manage procurement, ordering, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
• You ensure permits, H&S documents, work instructions, and LMRA's are in order.
• You monitor progress, budget, and additional work together with the project manager.
• You ensure that the revision and the delivery of the dossier are in order.
