(Senior) Civil Engineering Site Preparer - (North Brabant Region)

• Mbo or hbo level in the direction of civil engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with a (medium) sized contractor in a role as a site preparer or project engineer, project coordinator, or (head) site manager. We are looking for both junior and senior levels for this position on this project.
• Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to find a solution for every issue together with the right people. Or rather the ability to analyze and solve technically complex issues.

You earn an attractive gross monthly salary. On top of that, you receive:

• A gross monthly salary of between €3,500 and €5,700 (depending on knowledge and experience) in a full-time position (40 hours).
• Good employment conditions according to the CAO Bouw & Infra for UTA employees (Technical Administrative Executive), including 20 vacation days and 10 non-working days, a monthly payment of 4.96% UTA days budget, and a 2.3% sustainable employability budget.

• Ensuring a good foundation with work and inspection plans and schedules, so that the realization of a project proceeds smoothly.

• Monitoring costs during execution and, in consultation with the project manager, reserving extra budgets for additional and reduced work.
• Ensuring interim reports and the handover file.
