Work Preparer Ramspolkering and Heumen-Weurt

As a B&O Work Preparer for the Ramspolkering and Heumen-Weurt, you ensure that maintenance and repair activities are prepared in great detail. You draw up work plans and maintenance schedules and coordinate materials and equipment. You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and monitor progress and quality. You work closely with mechanics, engineers, and project leaders.

• Preparing maintenance and repair activities

• Drawing up work plans and maintenance schedules

• Coordinating materials and equipment

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborating with mechanics, engineers, and project leaders

• Monitoring the progress and quality of activities

• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions

• Contributing to a safe and efficient execution of activities

• You function at a medior level

• A completed technical education at MBO+/HBO level

• Experience as a work preparer in management & maintenance, preferably in infra or installation technology

• A proactive attitude, eye for detail, and strong communication skills

• Affinity with working in a dynamic environment with social impact
