To expand our team, we are looking for an experienced Planning Coordinator.

As a Planning Coordinator at Veluwezoom Verkerk, you will receive a great deal of trust and freedom from us. You will take responsibility for the plan development and project monitoring of our projects from the initiation phase through to contract formation. Communication with our clients, construction cost estimates, planning, managing advisors—you do it all. A diverse, challenging job with responsibility where you work on projects you can be proud of!

In your role as Planning Coordinator, you will receive a lot of freedom from us, whereby opportunities are translated into feasible projects including an agreement with the client. We acquire these opportunities and projects through project development, our own acquisition, or from a tender that you manage yourself.

You manage the process both with the architect and with external advisors and contract these parties. Furthermore, you are responsible for managing the internal project team. You map out opportunities and risks and coordinate these with the client and management.

And furthermore:

• You inventory and translate the specific client wish into a feasible plan and ensure the submission;

• Being responsible for drawing up the project planning (from project preparation to execution), you monitor the progress of the preparation and adjust where necessary;

• You monitor the financial feasibility of the project;

• Recording information and ensuring knowledge transfer in the lead-up to the execution phase;

• You manage selections and tenders.

You are a true self-starter, entrepreneurial, and you are commercially and financially savvy. You are easily approachable and you are able to discuss your work and findings in a convincing manner with your team and stakeholders.
