Groundworks Foreman

• You have gained leadership experience in the role of working foreman within the GWW (Civil Engineering).

• In possession of a VCA certificate (or willing to obtain it);

• You possess a driver's license;

• You work accurately, safely, and with an eye for quality.

• In accordance with the Cao Bouw & Infra, a medical examination may be part of the application procedure. For this position, the examination is mandatory if you are starting work in construction and infra for the first time, or if you have not worked as an employee in construction and infra in the past 3 years AND an entry examination has not previously taken place for the same or a similar position for which you are applying.

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group D: € 3,628.80 gross per 4-week period (based on 40 hours);

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience;

• In addition to your salary, a fixed Sustainable Employability Budget amount is provided for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to CAO Bouw & Infra);

• 48 vacation days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out into your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership;

• You will receive your own company van from us;

As a working foreman, you have an important role in executing various excavation and groundworks. You dig trial trenches for cables and pipes, you level the ground, and perform measurements. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and, with your team, you always deliver top-quality work! Sometimes you work with a mask and compressed air, for example during soil remediation. Safety is always your number one priority. Together with the site manager, you ensure that the work is completed on time and according to the agreements.
