Project Manager

• You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree in, for example, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.

• You have demonstrable experience as a project manager, in which you have successfully led complex and multidisciplinary projects.

• Knowledge of contract forms such as UAV-GC and experience with an integrated project approach.

• Excellent communication skills, with which you know how to persuade stakeholders at various levels.

• Affinity with sustainable energy and a sharp eye for innovative solutions.

• The salary for this position is between €7,610 and €9,512 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• 43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

Due to the strong growth of our project portfolio, we are looking for experienced project managers who want to make a difference within our large-scale infrastructural projects. As a project manager at Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten, you will lead multidisciplinary and integrated projects in the fields of water, mobility, energy, and replacement & renovation.

As a project manager, you lead an integrated project from initiation to completion. You are responsible for the deployment of people, resources, time, money, quality, and safety. You manage project teams consisting of designers, work preparers, site managers, and external partners, and ensure optimal collaboration between all parties involved. You maintain intensive contact with clients, such as Rijkswaterstaat and Water Boards, and ensure that their wishes and requirements are translated into concrete project results. In doing so, you have an eye for innovative solutions and sustainable construction methodologies, and you take proactive measures to manage risks.

Additionally, you draw up project plans, work budgets, and schedules, and you monitor progress and quality during execution. You participate in construction meetings, manage finances and results, and ensure a safe and efficient execution of the work.

Within Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten, your work location will be determined in consultation, depending on your place of residence. As a project manager at Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten, you will work on large, multidisciplinary projects exceeding 100 million euros.

Our portfolio includes leading projects within mobility, water, energy, and replacement & renovation, such as the Tiel-Waardenburg dike reinforcements, Zwolle and Arcen city dikes, the renovation and expansion of the Haarlem Waarderpolder wastewater treatment plant, the 2GW Landstation within TenneT's energy program, and infrastructural works such as A10 Knooppunt Nieuwe Meer and ViA15 - the extension and widening of the A15 in Gelderland.
