Nexton Zaandam provides the foundation for a smart building. Due to current construction methods and insulation possibilities, less energy is needed to heat an object. But at the same time, more is needed to realize the required air ventilation. Nexton offers energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions. To optimally maintain the lifespan and effectiveness of these applications, regular maintenance is of great importance.

We offer maintenance in various contract forms:

• preventive maintenance

• preventive and corrective maintenance

• performance maintenance

As a Mechanical Engineering Project Leader, you will receive responsibility for the complete engineering, execution, and realization of the project, including plumbing work, heating installations, cooling installations, air handling units, and control technology.

As a Mechanical Engineering Project Leader, you will monitor progress, quality, planning, and finances during the project and maintain contact with the client and fellow and/or subcontractors.

You will work closely with the work preparers/modelers and actively contribute to the realization of the project.

• Technical MBO/HBO work and thinking level gained through study and practice.

In this position, you will get all the space to develop yourself. Within the organization, there is plenty of room to follow (management) training and/or education. In collaboration with your manager, you will create your own development plan.
