As an Electrical Engineering Engineer at Dura Vermeer Techniek, you will design innovative and energy-efficient electrical installations for complex utility projects. Do you have a fresh perspective on electrical engineering and do you want to make a real difference?
As an Electrical Engineering Engineer, you are the pivot in the technical elaboration of complex electrical engineering projects. You translate the customer's principles into smart, executable installation designs. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a design that is technically correct and can be built in practice.
You have an independent, steering role in the multidisciplinary project team and you are the expert in the field of electrical installations. With your persuasiveness, you take customers along in the technical possibilities and advise them on the best solution. You develop innovative, energy-efficient concepts and ensure they are feasible.
Your work week consists of, among other things:
Participating in tenders and construction or design teams, together with the client and colleagues from other disciplines;
Designing or reviewing distinctive electrical installation designs;
Eliminating technical risks and proposing optimizations, so that projects are feasible and manufacturable;
Working closely with the mechanical technical developer, the tender manager, and structural colleagues.
You work at our modern office in Utrecht or at project locations on challenging installation projects in utility construction. You will join a team of specialists with a high motivation for innovation and improvement. The atmosphere is informal, and collegiality and knowledge sharing are a matter of course.
We work according to the principles of integrated design: short lines, multidisciplinary cooperation, and entrepreneurship are central. We invest in your development with training, courses, and knowledge sessions. With our hybrid work model, you have the opportunity to work from home for part of the week.
An enterprising personality with problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.
