Minimum completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position within IT, workplace productivity and/or infrastructure
Knowledge of Service Delivery processes and management of the (supplier) chain
Demonstrable experience with budget management and achieving cost optimization
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams
Hands-on mentality and strong execution power
Excellent oral and written command of both Dutch and English
