Structural Project Manager

• a completed HBO or WO degree in structural engineering, such as Civil Engineering, Built Environment, Building Science, and/or Construction Management, or similar;

• at least 5 years of work experience as a structural engineer and/or structural project manager;

• experience with SCIA Engineer or similar calculation software;

• proficiency in the Dutch language at a minimum B1 level;

• a salary between €4,500 and €6,000 based on a full-time employment of 40 hours per week;

• the intention to work together sustainably, with a perspective on permanent employment;

• You are responsible for the structural design and the structural integrity of the project.

• You will work on a varied range of small, medium, and large complex projects within high-rise, commercial, and residential construction.

As a project manager at Movares, you will work on a versatile range of (construction) projects throughout the Netherlands. We are a high-end digital consultancy and engineering firm with an established name and a great diversity of projects:

• Commercial construction: including offices, schools, and healthcare institutions, such as the EPO building in Rijswijk.

• Residential construction: including residential towers such as the Zalmhaventoren in Rotterdam.

• Timber construction: including university buildings for the WUR.

• Transformation and redevelopment: including converting vacant office buildings into residential complexes.

As lead structural engineers, we work on concrete, steel, and timber structures in every phase. This offers the opportunity to connect with those projects that give you energy. Within our organization, we have worked according to the BIM methodology for years.

Your focus lies on shaping the design, managing the project team, maintaining an overview of the planning, and maintaining contact with the client.
