Civil Project Manager

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking;

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager where you held ultimate responsibility for civil engineering projects;

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, whereby you are well able to set goals and work towards them with the team;

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;

• You master the Dutch language at a minimum of B2 level, both orally and in writing.

• Salary of € 6000.- to € 8000,- gross per 4 weeks (€ 6500,- to € 8.666,- gross per month) based on full-time employment);

As a Civil Project Manager in our Rotterdam office, you will organize and manage complex industrial projects. With your technical and organizational strength, you maintain oversight in a dynamic environment involving challenging personnel planning, contractual issues, and intensive contact with clients. Through your clear approach and engaged leadership, you create structure, ensure quality and safety, and ensure that your team works with both enjoyment and safety. Together, you realize projects successfully and within the set frameworks.

You are responsible for the technical and financial results of the projects and actively manage safety, quality, planning, and budgets. You execute operational policy according to the company manual, identify and eliminate risks, and report monthly to the management. Additionally, you provide daily leadership to all activities occurring on the project.
