As a Corporate Lawyer, you work closely with the entrepreneur and are involved in important choices that impact the future of a company. Think of collaborations, restructurings, business transfers, and other corporate law issues.

You are not only a lawyer, but also a sparring partner. Together with other colleagues, you look beyond the legal question alone. You think along, identify opportunities, and help entrepreneurs take the next step with confidence.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Advising on corporate law issues;

• Drafting and reviewing agreements;

• Guiding restructurings and business transfers;

• Sparring with clients and colleagues about complex files;

• Identifying legal risks and opportunities;

• Guiding and coaching less experienced colleagues.

You work for entrepreneurs within the agricultural and SME sectors who are constantly working on the development of their business.

You are an experienced lawyer who gains energy from advising entrepreneurs. You enjoy delving into complex legal issues and translating them into practical solutions that clients can immediately act upon. In doing so, you like to build sustainable relationships and are a pleasant sparring partner for both clients and colleagues. Additionally, you bring:

• A completed university degree in Notarial Law or Dutch Law;

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience within corporate law;

• Experience with corporate law issues such as restructurings, collaborations, and business transfers;

• Strong communication and advisory skills;

• A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.

You will become part of the Tax-Legal team within Cluster West. Together with colleagues, you support clients with various issues. Within Cluster West, you work from our offices in Emmeloord, Dronten, and Zeewolde. Here, colleagues with different specialisms work closely together to provide optimal support to entrepreneurs.
