As Business Team Director, you will lead a dedicated team, build sustainable customer relationships, and receive the space to further shape the direction of the branch and the cluster together with colleagues. You will work within the agricultural business team of Countus Groenlo. Together with approximately 25 colleagues with various specialisms, you will help agricultural entrepreneurs and SME customers with diverse financial and business issues.

Additionally, you will be in frequent contact with entrepreneurs in the region. You will build sustainable customer relationships, know the developments within the agricultural sector, and know what is happening with our customers. In this way, you are not only involved with your team, but also visible and involved in the region.

Your duties include

· Guiding, motivating, and further developing your team;

· Working together with your colleagues on the direction and development of the cluster;

· Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers and partners;

· Identifying opportunities in the market and translating them into new possibilities for Countus;

· Further strengthening the position of Countus in the region;

· Thinking along with customers and colleagues about diverse issues within accountancy and business services.

· HBO+ working and thinking level;

· Experience within accountancy and/or business services;

· Experience in leadership óf the ambition to take the next step in this;

· Affinity with the agricultural sector;

· Strong communicative and connecting skills;

· An entrepreneurial and commercial attitude;

· The motivation to further develop yourself, your team, and Countus.

You will work within the SME business team in Groenlo, where you will work together with approximately 25 colleagues with various specialisms. This team is part of Team East, in which various offices and teams within the region work together.

Within Team East, the lines are short and there is plenty of room to share knowledge and brainstorm with one another. The atmosphere is accessible and involved: hard work is done, but there is also room for socializing and fun. You will be given the freedom to take initiative and work together with colleagues on the development of customers, teams, and the region.
