Our administrative and environmental law team consists of 14 driven and specialized lawyers who are supported by a good secretarial staff. We work closely with other practice groups, such as commercial real estate and the real estate notary practice.
Our team is characterized by an informal, ambitious, and collegial atmosphere in which collaboration is central. We advise and litigate for governments, developers, as well as (utility) companies. We are also the house counsel for a large number of municipalities. We work on socially relevant matters. Additionally, we guide corporate and real estate transactions. Think of the purchase and sale of (logistics) industrial halls, residential construction projects, and solar parks. Our field of work covers administrative law and environmental law in a broad sense:
General administrative law: subsidies, Open Government Act, supervision and enforcement, public order law
Spatial administrative law: the Environment Act, environmental plans, environmental permits, guiding corporate and real estate transactions, sustainability, energy transition, and environmental law
Land matters & area development: expropriation, preferential rights, tolerance obligations, planning blight and compensation for loss, public-private partnership
Our practice is growing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a colleague to work with us on challenging issues in the field of environmental law and area development.
