Legal Consultant (working student)

At Firm24, we are looking for a Legal Consultant (working student) to come and strengthen our team.

About the role

As a Legal Consultant, you are the sparring partner for entrepreneurial Netherlands. Every entrepreneur knows your name and asks for personal advice and guidance. You don't have to kick down doors, but your calendar will automatically be filled with appointments with entrepreneurs. They come with various issues and every conversation is different. This way, you immediately learn more about all relevant themes from entrepreneurs. You have one goal, and that is to take the entrepreneur by the hand and provide them with all the information and a great offer.

• The establishment of an extensive corporate structure
• Situations involving foreign shareholders
• Restructuring of corporate structures

Does this not tell you much yet? No problem at all. In our innovative tech environment, we will teach you everything about the product and how you can excel. You will receive in-house training and we encourage personal growth.

As part of a team, you think along about the right proposition for future clients and spar with the marketing team regarding its implementation. You stay continuously informed about relevant current affairs. Finally, every satisfied client ensures a smile on your face.

• Uninhibited energy to crush it every day with the team.

• Available for at least 12 months.

• Available for at least 16 to 32 hours per week (we are flexible during exams).

• Fluent in the Dutch language.

• Studies: general law, tax law, or notary law.

• Third-year bachelor or Master's student

• Hourly wage of €15.00
