What we're looking for

A completed university master's degree in Dutch Law, preferably with a specialization in Corporate Law.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a lawyer, attorney, or in-house counsel within corporate law.
Experience with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and advising on contractual liability.
Excellent advisory skills, analytical thinking abilities, and a sense for client interests.
Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

The role

What you'll do

As a lawyer, you are a constant value within our legal team. You combine your knowledge of corporate law, including the law of obligations aspect, with a sharp eye for the commercial interests of our clients. You work independently on files, advise on acquisitions, contractual collaborations, and liability issues, and act as a sparring partner for both clients and colleagues. You will be given the space to further develop yourself and contribute to the quality and growth of our services.

What you will do

You independently draft and review corporate law documents, such as shareholders' agreements, purchase agreements, cooperation contracts, and general terms and conditions.
You advise clients on various issues, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructurings, directors' liability, and contractual disputes.
You participate in transactions, guide negotiations, and contribute to resolving conflicts based on the law of obligations.
You follow developments within corporate and contract law and translate these into practically applicable advice.
You provide input for legal strategies, knowledge development, and the guidance of junior colleagues.
