To improve traffic flow and reduce congestion on the A27, Besix Nederland will focus on the renewal of the Hagesteinsebrug in the coming years. As a Senior Site Planner, you will be responsible for the main span of the bridge within this part of the project.  

Where you will be spending your time:

• As a senior site planner, you are the point of contact for the internal client, the project team, and the MT; 
• You draw up the work schedule, monitor progress closely, and step in promptly if deviations arise; 
• You manage the technical and organizational site preparation; 
• In the lead-up to the project, you purchase the necessary materials and services from subcontractors based on the technical work methodologies;
• You identify bottlenecks in a timely manner and solve them pragmatically.

As a person and in your role as a senior site planner, you work result-oriented but with a human touch. You switch gears quickly but enjoy seeking connection within the team. You enjoy seeking collaboration and can switch to ad-hoc tasks quickly. You can handle complex, large-scale, and civil engineering projects well and do not shy away from a challenge. Furthermore:
