Senior Work Preparer

In the preparation phase, as a Senior Site Planner at Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling in Hoorn, you are responsible for the guidance and preparation of our high-quality construction projects. You are the point of contact for your fellow site planners and the project manager, ensuring the right support is provided where necessary. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and radiate confidence towards the site planning team. With your technical expertise, you look ahead at the project planning and ensure that everything runs smoothly administratively and organizationally.

You are able to zoom in on details while simultaneously overseeing the bigger picture. In doing so, you look at the entire construction process regarding sustainability, innovation, and digitalization from your technical perspective. Your creativity is also desired to arrive at solutions and to contribute valuable suggestions for the clients.

You have a talent for giving positive feedback, as this motivates and inspires the team. • You are a valuable team player who excels at monitoring project progress and sees opportunities throughout the construction process to work together toward the best result;

• HBO level of work and thinking, in the field of Civil Engineering and at least 10  years of work experience as a site planner within (utility) residential construction;

• You have knowledge of execution methodologies, construction law, and building regulations;
