In this role, you are an important pivot in our Management and Assurance team. You manage everything to perfection, from permits to technical drawings, and communicate smoothly with subcontractors, engineers, and colleagues. You maintain an overview, anticipate problems, and think strategically about smart solutions. Together, we ensure that every fiber optic project runs smoothly and is realized according to plan. Furthermore:
Applying for permits and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Thinking along strategically and devising alternative solutions when problems arise.
Collaborating with subcontractors for efficient execution.
Providing support during technical malfunctions and finding solutions.

We are looking for a colleague who is open and transparent and collaborates easily in a team. Someone who maintains an overview, honors agreements, and helps to complete projects smoothly. You have:
Mbo+ work and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a work preparation role, preferably with fiber optic projects (FTTH).
Familiarity with AutoCAD for creating and editing technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
