Are you an experienced construction planner with a heart for construction? At Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed, you will get the chance to further develop your BIM skills while working on challenging construction projects. You ensure seamless coordination of all disciplines in the BIM model and apply your technical expertise to secure new projects.
As a senior construction planner (at our company, we call you a structural engineer), you are the right hand of the project manager and the pivot in the preparation process. With your expertise, you provide direction and lead the team of construction planners to build a beautiful project together.
You ensure that the architectural, structural, and installation drawings align perfectly within the BIM model. Detailed schedules and drawings for the execution team? That is your specialty. You manage procurement and keep a tight eye on the financial picture. You are also the point of contact for the client regarding changes and everything related to extra and reduced work.
Technology is your passion, but collaborating with people is at least as much fun for you. You communicate smoothly with external advisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring everyone is on the same page. With you at the helm, the project runs like clockwork!
Then we are curious about you! You can apply directly via our website using the application button below the vacancy.

Dura Vermeer is an independent family business. And you can notice that. In how we work together, how we look out for one another, and how we build with an eye on future generations. Since 1855, we have been building the Netherlands, in residential construction, non-residential construction, infrastructure, and technology. Our independence and long-term vision form the foundation for this.
With a turnover of € 2.6 billion and over 3,700 colleagues, we belong to the top of the Dutch construction sector. But ultimately, for us, it is not about those figures. It is about people. About colleagues working together on projects you can be proud of - iconic and close to home - and contributing to solutions for societal issues.
Our ambitions are great. And we only achieve them with engaged people. That is why we invest in good employerhood and a working environment in which you feel at home. Where you can be yourself, feel safe, and speak up. So that you get the best out of yourself and, together with us, make more.
This is the right place for you!
