As a planner at BESIX, you are responsible for drafting, managing, and updating the complete project schedule in both the tender and realization phases.

Because you are right in the middle of the team, you succeed in collecting and combining all relevant information into a robust project schedule. With your strong analytical eye, you determine critical activities and identify the crucial risks and interfaces from this schedule. You actively contribute to devising solutions and control measures.

You support the team in drafting detailed schedules by providing customized solutions. This may involve applying lean methodologies; at other times, the use of 4D plans is the key to a robust detailed schedule.

By applying a Monte Carlo analysis to the project schedule, you can paint a picture of the scheduling impact of the various risks playing out in the project. You provide insight for the team into the project schedule by, for example, drafting a time-distance diagram, or by applying different levels in the schedule.

Because you add metadata to the schedule, such as a project WBS or an object tree, you ensure that the team can easily extract relevant information from the schedule.
