• You will work from the Onnen location.
• As a personnel planner, you ensure that the technicians are scheduled according to legal frameworks and the NS CAO frameworks.

As a personnel planner (shift scheduler), you register and monitor the shifts of the technicians. You do this in accordance with legal and CAO frameworks, taking the wishes of management and employees into account. You manage the planning of personnel deployment during the weekly scheduling, which takes place every Thursday. The Rostarcas planning program is used. Additionally, you advise managers on the realization of an effective deployment plan and the corresponding roster.

Thanks to your communicative skills and methodical insight, you will be successful in:

• Scheduling and adjusting shifts;
• Planning re-instruction, training, task-oriented work meetings, and courses;
• Implementing and adjusting shifts during public holidays and leave days.
• Identifying and solving bottlenecks in the planning;
• Performing administrative tasks related to planning, such as time registration, leave calculation, and leave registration
