Furthermore, you have:

• MBO or HBO level, for example in the field of civil engineering.
• Several years of experience as a foreman in civil infrastructure, so that you stand firmly on your own two feet on complex projects.
• Experience with civil structures, such as bridges, viaducts, underpasses, or other concrete works, preferably within integral or multidisciplinary projects.

• A gross monthly salary of € 3,500 to € 6,500 (depending on knowledge and experience) based on full-time employment (40 hours).
• Good employment conditions according to the CAO Bouw & Infra for UTA employees (Technical Administrative Executive), including 20 vacation days and 10 non-working days, a monthly payment of 4.96% UTA days budget, and a 2.3% sustainable employability budget.
• An electric lease car or a mobility budget of at least € 930 gross per month for a 40-hour employment.
• A good pension scheme where Boskalis Nederland pays most of the premiums. This results in more net salary for you.

With your clear direction, you lay the foundation for the work outdoors. You ensure calm and oversight at the project location and act as a point of contact for clients and subcontractors. You also communicate easily with diverse colleagues, from specialists to project leaders and technical managers. You keep everyone moving in the same direction and signal in time where adjustments are needed, even when the schedule is under pressure or the environment demands a lot. And very importantly: you work well in a team that loves to work hard AND has fun doing it.

Boskalis is widening the A2 motorway between the Het Vonderen and Kerensheide interchanges on behalf of Rijkswaterstaat. This widening to 2x3 lanes plus a hard shoulder is necessary to improve the flow of the only north-south motorway connection in South/Central Limburg.
It is just one example of the extensive multi-million euro projects that Boskalis Netherlands is currently working on and for which we are seeking foremen. Which project you start on? We will determine that together based on your interest and region.

This is what your work looks like:

• Every morning, you instruct the project team about the work and the schedule for that day. You also check whether subcontractors deliver what has been agreed upon.
• Together with the general foreman, other foremen, and the work planner, you assess how the design can best be implemented outdoors. You also consult with the client and with colleagues from our other disciplines, such as technical managers, ecologists, risk managers, and environmental managers.
• You manage progress and maintain control over costs. You also contribute ideas for smart working methods and solutions if something changes during execution.
• Equipment and materials at the right place at the right time? You arrange it, so that the work outdoors can continue.
• Job satisfaction on the construction site comes first. You maintain the positive atmosphere and understand how important it is to celebrate both large and small successes together.
