TenneT offers you the chance to contribute to a sustainable energy future. Together with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders, you work on innovative solutions that make the energy transition possible. With us, you get the space to develop your talent and work in an environment where your growth is central. We encourage initiative and give you the space to come up with new ideas. We offer you:
Help me to switch on the Netherlands and prepare it for the energy transition with your expertise in (strategic) planning as a Project Planner at TenneT.
As a Project Planner at TenneT, you play a key role in accelerating the energy transition. You ensure that complex projects, from new connections to substation expansions and customer connections, are realized on time and safely. Through your experience with construction or infrastructure, you know how to bring together the right people, resources, and milestones. In this way, you make a reliable and future-proof electricity grid possible. Without your work, new wind and solar farms cannot connect, grid capacity remains limited, and projects experience delays.
In this role, you provide structure, overview, and predictability within complex technical projects. You are responsible for establishing, monitoring, and continuously improving integrated project schedules. In doing so, you translate project objectives into a realistic and achievable schedule and ensure that all involved disciplines provide the right contribution at the right time. You organize and facilitate the entire planning process, during which you gather information from various project disciplines and ask critical questions to ensure the quality and reliability of the schedule. Additionally, you guide interactive planning sessions and work closely with engineers, project managers, risk managers, and external partners. Your activities include:
You identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies early and advise on appropriate corrective measures to achieve project objectives and deadlines. Together with risk managers, you identify and quantify planning risks and contribute to a predictable execution of projects. Finally, you play an important role in the further professionalization of project control within TenneT. You contribute to the development and improvement of planning processes, methodologies, and standards, so that projects can be realized increasingly efficiently and predictably. With your organizational strength, analytical ability, and helicopter view, you ensure that TenneT's projects truly move forward.
You have:
Additionally, you are someone who maintains an overview in complex projects, brings structure to large amounts of information, dares to ask critical questions, and knows how to connect stakeholders.
