In the role of Experienced Civil | Infra | Marine Work Preparer, you are the linchpin of tenders and projects and are responsible for both the technical and organizational work preparation, both in tenders and projects.  

Furthermore….

• you coordinate the design to arrive at a manufacturable design
• you function as a sounding board for internal customers;
• you draw up a work schedule and monitor progress (safety, time, money, quality, and technique);
• you devise the work methodologies and phasing together with the execution team;
• you handle the purchasing with the procurement department and order the necessary materials;
• you maintain contacts with suppliers and subcontractors;
• you connect different disciplines and ensure the coordination of the interfaces;
• you solve bottlenecks by implementing practical and ad hoc solutions;
• finally, you also maintain contact with clients and stakeholders.
