Experienced Site Planner

What you bring:

• A completed education at least at HBO level (higher professional education), preferably in civil engineering, business administration, or technical business administration.
• Multiple years of work experience as a site planner or project coordinator within the civil or infrastructure sector.
• A good command of administrative processes and knowledge of relevant contract forms in the market, such as UAV-GC.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• A good salary between €4,200.- and € 6,700.- per month, depending on your experience. 
• 30 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra CAO.

As a site planner, you are the connecting link within our projects. You are responsible for the preparation, progress monitoring, and adjustment of various infrastructural activities. Additionally, you serve as the point of contact for both the project manager and the site manager.

You work from our office in Maarssen/Utrecht and/or from the site office at various project locations, depending on where your project is located.

What you are going to do:

• You handle procurement and prepare work plans, inspection plans, and project schedules.
• You create project dossiers and ensure that all information is current and complete.
• Together with the project manager and site manager, you coordinate work methods and advise on deviations and extra or reduced work.
• You maintain contact with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• You are actively involved in the execution and act as the hub in the site office.
