• You have completed a HBO (higher professional education) degree as an operating room assistant (CZO-certified).

• You are available for 27 to 40 hours per week.

• Willingness to work according to a 9-hour workday, with regular working hours.

• Flexibility and the ability to switch quickly in a dynamic environment.

• In good consultation, you are willing to help at other locations.

• Experience with ophthalmological procedures is a plus.

In this role, you are indispensable in the OR. You ensure that clients feel welcome and are well-prepared for their surgery. With your support and craftsmanship, you contribute to the smooth execution of surgical procedures. Together with your team, you deliver safe and qualitative care daily.

As an operating room assistant, your tasks are:

• Checking the surgical schedule: Assessing the required materials and client data.

• OR preparation: Making instruments and equipment ready for use according to quality and safety requirements.

• Assisting and instrumenting: During surgical procedures, you support the ophthalmologist and ensure that everything runs flawlessly.

• Disposal of materials: Taking care of tidying up and cleaning used instruments and materials.

• Administration: Accurately registering data in our system.

A good salary between € 4,043 and € 6,058 per month (based on 40 hours, CAO ZKN).

Holiday allowance of 8.3% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.3%
