As an HR Business Partner, you are the permanent People partner of (the management team of) the Eyes division, one of our largest divisions. Spread across various locations throughout the Netherlands, this division delivers high-quality, predictable eye care. The need for ophthalmic care is growing in the Netherlands, and that dynamic is very interesting for you as an HR Business Partner. The labor market, however, is not growing at the same speed, so looking differently at capacity is a must.
You work from the Support Office in Naarden. You translate strategic and operational objectives into a future-proof organization, appropriate capacity, and strong leadership. In doing so, you look beyond traditional HR themes and connect People issues to quality, continuity, client experience, and financial results.
Within Bergman Clinics, we are building a modern HR organization based on operational excellence.
