Junior consultant Performance and reward

· A completed WO master's degree in a relevant field.

· You have recently graduated or have approximately one to two years of relevant work experience.

· Interest in HR, organizations, reward, and/or organizational development.

· You enjoy working with language and/or figures and data and have good analytical skills.

· You are curious and eager to develop yourself.

· You enjoy working with different people and thinking along about solutions.

· You are organizationally sensitive and interested in project-based working.

· You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Experience with job evaluation, reward policy, or advisory work is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. We are primarily curious about your motivation, curiosity, and analytical ability.

In this role, you will work together with experienced colleagues on various HR and organizational issues. You will support the development of policies regarding performance, reward, and employment conditions and learn how to advise organizations on these matters.

Your activities may consist of, for example:

· creating job descriptions and job weighting

· preparing and conducting interviews and workshops

· analyzing salary and reward data

· supporting research into reward policies and employment conditions

· performing data analyses and translating results into clear insights

· contributing to issues surrounding performance management, organizational design, and employee value proposition.

· creating presentations and reports for clients

· thinking along about solutions for various HR and organizational issues.

You will get plenty of room to learn and take on increasing responsibility. In doing so, you will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you through the profession and help you further develop. You will receive good training in the field.

You will join the Performance and Reward team, a close-knit group of fifteen advisors, a team lead, and two secretaries. Your team focuses on HR issues such as organizational design, performance management, and reward policy.

The team works together intensively and offers a nice mix of professionalism and conviviality, with room for your own input and creativity. Innovation, teamwork, and personal development are our priorities.
