What we're looking for

  • Over 9 years of relevant (international) work experience related to change management and consultancy
  • Completed university degree (WO), preferably a degree with an organizational or business aspect.
  • In-depth knowledge of and extensive experience with applying change management methodologies and project management. Experience in a context of IT changes (e.g., implementation of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Workday, "journey to cloud", automation, etc.) and particularly the impact thereof on organization, processes, culture, and way of working.
  • Skill in realizing complex, large-scale change trajectories with an international character such as digital changes, reorganizations, implementations, and/or process improvements.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and commercial skills.
  • Good command of both the Dutch and English language. An extra language is, of course, a welcome addition.
  • To be eligible for this role, you must work and live in The Netherlands. It is necessary to be able to speak Dutch (at least B2 level).

The role

As a Senior Manager Consultant in the Program & Change Acceleration team, you help clients achieve the future they envision in large-scale change trajectories. We realize complex transformations with a focus on sustainable behavioral change. In this role, you will be involved in introducing new ways of working, achieving adoption, realizing value, and measuring and securing change. For example, you guide clients through the implementation of IT systems or toward different behaviors. You know how to design the change vision and offer expert advice on the necessary strategy and execution. You will spend much of your time at client sites to lead teams of consultants and ensure the quality of projects, while creating an inspiring and pleasant working environment. Within the team, we love to help each other. You are one of the driving forces behind our team. You coach colleagues in their roles and contribute to the development of new knowledge and propositions in the field of change management.

You are part of Capgemini Invent, the management consulting arm of the Capgemini Group. As a Senior Managing Consultant Change, you realize large-scale change trajectories that are of strategic importance to (inter)national operating companies so that they can respond optimally to digital developments. Within the Program & Change Acceleration team, we focus on the combination of the following areas: digital and IT transformations, organizational change, and behavioral change. An example is an organization that is going to work in a more data-driven manner and asks us to ensure they make more impact with it. You think along about which steps and actions are needed to realize change. You guide teams and management during transformations. You ensure that the results of the change are sustainable and you lay the foundation for continuous improvement. In doing so, we use the latest change science insights and digital tools from our international Capgemini network.

As a Senior Managing Consultant at Program & Change Acceleration:

What you'll do

  • You develop change programs and manage their execution.
  • You focus on one or two sectors/clients that match your experience.
  • You share your innovative vision, both within and outside the organization;
  • You make complex change trajectories a success with a focus on organization, processes/systems, and people;
  • You lead teams, which sometimes also work internationally;
  • You use your expertise in (behavioral) change to prepare employees for transformations in the digital age;
  • You stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of change management and share your knowledge with colleagues and clients;
  • You guide the Program & Change Acceleration team in developing methods and tools for clients and internal development;
  • You contribute to proposals and contribute to realizing sales.
