Junior HR SAP Consultant

· A relevant HBO or WO degree, for example in HR, business administration, or economics.

· Affinity with HR processes, organizations, and teams, and the ambition to develop yourself into an HR consultant.

· Good communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with clients and colleagues.

· A proactive way of working: you identify opportunities and missing information and take responsibility.

· A fluent command of Dutch and English, interest in HR and IT, and the willingness to learn how AI can enhance your activities.

· A salary of € 3,720 gross, including a mobility allowance of € 750 and 8% holiday allowance, based on 40 hours.

As a Junior HR SAP Consultant in Utrecht, you will work as an implementation consultant on SAP SuccessFactors. You will map out HR processes and client wishes and translate these into an appropriate functional solution. You will configure the tooling, test the setup, and support users during implementation. In this way, you will develop yourself at the intersection of HR, consultancy, and IT, in close cooperation with experienced consultants and the client.

In this role, you will work on:

· Gathering and drafting requirements and designing HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors.

· The functional configuration, testing, and documentation of the solution, without building software code yourself.

· Training and guiding users and supporting implementations from start to finish.
