In this role, you will work together with experienced colleagues to support clients in developing their performance and reward policies. You will advise on organizational design, (executive) rewards, employee value proposition, employee experience, and people analytics. You combine data analysis with market insights to create tailor-made solutions. Your focus lies on improving the total employee experience and optimizing reward structures, with attention to salary levels and other employment conditions.

Your main tasks are

• Developing and implementing innovative reward and performance processes.

• Advising on strategies for performance and career management, including (executive) rewards.

• Supporting organizations in shaping their employee value proposition and employment condition packages.

• Analyzing market trends and employee preferences to provide future-oriented advice.

• Providing data-driven analyses to support reward and performance policies.
