To shape this, you connect organizational strategy with themes such as employment conditions, leadership, culture, talent, organizational design, and technology. In doing so, you look beyond the initial question and bring causes, interests, risks, and dependencies into sharp focus. You translate developments in the labor market, Dutch laws and regulations, data, and AI into clear scenarios and concrete choices. As a substantive sparring partner in the field of employment conditions and complex labor issues, you play an important role. Additionally, you bear responsibility for the further development and management of the job architecture. In close cooperation with our employment lawyer and other experts, you work on sustainable solutions and know how to bring various interests together into well-founded decisions with broad support.

This role goes beyond advising alone. By organizing ownership, supporting decision-making, and actively gathering information within the organization, you ensure that plans are actually realized. Meanwhile, you monitor progress, steer towards results, and safeguard changes in practice. In this way, you make HR processes and services smarter, simpler, and more future-proof, with an eye for both data and the human dimension.

• A university-level working and thinking ability. Preferably, you have a completed degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
• Extensive experience with strategic HR issues and compensation & benefits.
• You have advised boards and upper management within a complex, knowledge-intensive organization.
• Experience with organizational development and coordinating projects. You know how to translate strategy into concrete decisions, clear ownership, and measurable results.
