You have at least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a project leader.
You have at least 3 years of experience with process optimization, transformation, and change issues.
You have at least 3 years of experience with the development of business strategy.
You have at least 3 years of experience in setting up and executing design sprints as a design sprint facilitator and workshop facilitator.

Nice to have

You have knowledge of and experience with the Strategyzer models.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Project Leader Organizational Development and Transformation for the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). The NVWA monitors the health of animals and plants, animal welfare, the safety of food and consumer products, and enforces nature legislation.

As of January 1, 2027, four audit teams and the current System Supervision cluster will be merged into the new System Supervision & Audits department. This department plays a key role in the further development of system supervision within the NVWA and makes an important contribution to the NVWA 2028 strategy. Additionally, a new supervisory field regarding cyber and physical resilience is being developed.

Within this changing environment, the challenge lies in strengthening collaboration, ownership, and execution power. As Project Leader Steering and Development, you will guide this transformation and ensure that strategic ambitions are translated into concrete results.
