Shaping your future together with us? | About your application process
- For this vacancy, we would like to receive only your CV. This makes it easy for you to apply quickly.
- Our first contact: after your application, our recruiter will call you within 7 days for a brief introduction. We will briefly explore together whether the position would suit you.
- The first interview: we ask you to complete an online assessment beforehand. Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based one that looks at both your cognitive skills and your behavioral preferences. During the interview, we will discuss the results together, and a colleague from the relevant department will also be present. During this mutual introduction, we would love to get to know you, and you will have the opportunity to ask your questions as well.

In this interview, we will go deeper into the position and other relevant themes, and sometimes a business case is also part of the procedure. It may be that a final interview takes place.
- We are a match. You will receive an offer from us and we will conduct a pre-employment screening. After that, your new challenge begins. Welcome to EY!
