HR Consultant

• You have HBO+/WO (Bachelor's/Master's) working and thinking level and 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience within the HR domain.

• You have experience with project-based working (within one or more organizations) and take the lead in doing so.

• You look at issues in a different and fresh way and come up with new ideas.

• You are flexible: sometimes you step into projects that lie a bit outside your comfort zone. We challenge you to learn new things, but also remain in dialogue about what suits you.

• A salary of €3350 - €4100 gross per month, plus a variable bonus averaging €160 - €740 per month, depending on your billability.

• You receive 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days. Additionally, you decide for yourself which public holidays you take off.

One time, as a consultant, you will join a client's HR team for an extended period. You are the outboard motor of change, bringing both energy and expertise. Another time, you will work as a project leader, managing one or more projects from A to Z.
You get enthusiastic about understanding the needs of employees and devising suitable strategies or concrete solutions to improve the employee experience. Because you are up to date with the latest trends, you know how to help our clients further with these challenges in a surprising way. You do not limit yourself to coming up with ideas but also support the client during implementation.

We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who can inspire at a strategic level and, at the same time, loves to roll up their sleeves. As an Employee Experience & HR Consultant, you will therefore have a varied set of tasks:

• You design, renew, and implement solutions that contribute to the employee experience at our clients. Think of various aspects of the employee journey, such as onboarding, performance management, recruitment & selection, cultural issues, and leadership.

• You are ultimately responsible for the scope, the budget, and the quality. Sometimes for multiple projects simultaneously.

• You ensure unique highlights in our programs (for example, in collaboration with our Game Studio).

• You enjoy broadening your expertise regarding HR/ Employee Experience by searching for the latest trends (such as AI). You share this knowledge with your team.

• Depending on your experience, you guide and coach junior colleagues on various projects.

• Sometimes you manage multiple projects side by side, and sometimes you support one of our clients for an extended period. You then truly become part of a team at the client.
