What do you get from us?
This position falls in scale 10, with a gross monthly salary between € 5,179.72 and € 6,906.29 (based on 36 hours per week).

Furthermore, we offer:

As a Performance & Talent Specialist at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you ensure that talent does not go unnoticed. You shape the performance and talent cycle and create the conditions in which people can truly grow. You ensure that employees and managers experience every step of that journey as valuable and supportive, from the first development conversation to leveraging growth opportunities.

What will you do?
As a Performance & Talent Specialist, you look beyond individual HR processes. You work from the perspective of employees and managers and ensure that important moments regarding performance, talent, and development connect logically. From setting goals and conducting development conversations to recognizing talent and leveraging growth opportunities. You oversee the entire performance and talent cycle, discover where things can be improved, and translate insights into concrete improvements. Together with colleagues from various HR disciplines, you make the service simpler, more accessible, and more effective.

• You organize and coordinate the performance and talent cycle and ensure the proper execution of the most important moments in the employee journey.
• You view the performance and talent journey from the perspective of employees and managers, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and ensure these are addressed.
• You connect processes, services, systems, and communication into a coherent and user-friendly employee experience.
• You use data, feedback, and experiences to prioritize and implement improvements and to assess their results.
• You coordinate D&I activities and work with subject matter experts on an inclusive employee experience.
• You work in a multidisciplinary journey team and connect HR Business Partners, HR People Services, and other specialists to collectively improve the employee experience.
