Salary from € 2750.- to €3200,- gross per 4 weeks (€3000,- to € 3500- gross per month) based on full-time employment);

As a Finance & Administration Assistant, you are the first point of contact for suppliers and internal colleagues regarding questions about invoices, payments, and administrative processes. Thanks to your customer-oriented approach, you ensure that questions are answered quickly and correctly and that processes continue to run smoothly.
You answer incoming telephone calls, register callback requests, and ensure that these are handled within the agreed timeframe. You know how to quickly recognize urgent questions, after which you escalate them to the correct colleague or department where necessary.
In addition to telephone contact, you are responsible for managing the central mailbox. Here, you handle daily reminders, collection notices, and other incoming requests. You set priorities based on urgency and ensure that all actions are carefully recorded and followed up.
You also play an important role in the administrative process surrounding invoice processing. You process invoices and associated documents, check data for accuracy, and carry out corrections where necessary. In this way, you contribute to a reliable and efficient financial administration.
Additionally, you maintain an overview of outstanding requests and workloads. You monitor the agreed lead times, monitor the progress of callback requests, and support the reporting of results and KPIs. With your structured way of working, you ensure that suppliers and colleagues can count on professional and timely service.
Answering questions from suppliers and internal Business Units;
Processing and following up on callback requests;
Managing the central mailbox and handling reminders and collection notices;
Processing and checking invoices and administrative changes;
Monitoring lead times and following up on outstanding requests;
Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to the efficient handling of processes.
The position can be configured for 32 to 40 hours. Working from home one day a week is among the possibilities.
