You have one to three years of recent work experience as a Helpdesk Assistant;
You have a proactive attitude and possess a hands-on mentality;

As an ICT Service Desk Assistant at Ballast Nedam, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with IT questions and technical disruptions. You ensure that users are helped quickly and adequately, so they can continue their work without interruptions. With your customer-oriented approach and technical knowledge, you contribute to a stable and well-functioning IT environment. Preferably, you are available 40 hours per week. You work in rotating shifts from 07:00 to 15:30 and from 08:30 to 17:00.
Receiving, registering, and following up on reports in the ticketing system;
Providing first-line support for IT issues, such as password resets and printer problems;
Analyzing incidents and identifying the underlying cause;
Resolving disruptions or escalating more complex issues to second- or third-line support;
Supporting users via telephone, chat, and email;
Installing and configuring workstations, laptops, desktops, and applications;
Managing user accounts in, among others, Azure AD and Active Directory;
Recording solutions and keeping the knowledge base up to date.
