Senior Pension Specialist 1

You have:

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
• Several years of experience within the pension sector
• In-depth knowledge of pension administration, pension schemes, and relevant laws and regulations
• Experience in guiding, coaching, or substantively managing colleagues
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make complex issues insightful
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and a good command of the English language
• You make conscious use of digital and AI-supported solutions, critically assess outcomes, and use technology to work smarter

As a Senior Pension Specialist at Capgemini Pension Services, you will combine in-depth pension knowledge with leadership and process improvement. You will play an important role in the further development of our pension administration for one of the largest pension funds in the Netherlands. In doing so, you will work together with colleagues, employers, participants, and other stakeholders to provide reliable and future-proof services.

In this role, you will work on:

• Assessing and performing complex pension calculations and administrative issues
• Acting as the substantive point of contact for colleagues, employers, pension fund relationships, and other stakeholders
• Advising on pension legislation, pension administration, and implementation issues
• Initiating, designing, and implementing process and quality improvements within pension administration
• Developing work instructions, standards, and policies to support consistent service delivery
• Coaching and guiding junior and medior pension specialists in their professional development
• Applying technology and data-driven solutions to make processes smarter, more efficient, and future-proof.
