• You have a completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in Law, Civil Engineering, or a similar field;

• You have at least five years of experience in contract management for large infrastructure projects;

• You possess excellent analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach;

• You have strong communication skills and are experienced in collaborating with diverse stakeholders;

• You have knowledge of contract forms such as UAV, UAV-GC, and other relevant contract models.

The A-Lanes A15 project is among the largest infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and is of great importance for the accessibility of the Port of Rotterdam and the surrounding region. It concerns the management and maintenance of a busy traffic artery where hundreds of thousands of road users pass daily. Due to the combination of tunnels, bridges, and complex connections, the project requires a high level of coordination, risk management, and collaboration. For you as a contract manager, this means that you are not only responsible for monitoring contractual agreements, but also play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a project that directly contributes to the economy and mobility of the Netherlands.

As a Contract Manager at Ballast Nedam Infra, you will work within a project team. You ensure that agreements with clients and contractors are meticulously complied with and monitor the progress of the work. Identifying and managing risks is part of your daily tasks. You work closely with various stakeholders to reach solutions and promote strong collaborations. Additionally, you contribute to safeguarding quality, safety, and cost control within the project. A role in which your expertise directly contributes to the success of this crucial infrastructure project.

• Monitoring contractual agreements and ensuring accurate compliance within the project;
