As a Senior Consultant you will be part of EY Finance (formerly known as Bluefield) with a focus on improving our clients' digital and financial processes so they can achieve their strategic objectives. The focus here lies on accurate management information and a strong financial organization. In diverse projects, you will apply your knowledge to tackle our clients' challenges seamlessly.

• With a multidisciplinary team and a wide range of financial projects, in order to solve the problems and issues for our client so they can face the future more strongly
• Support and lead projects. You participate in improvement trajectories within finance, digital, and performance, and take responsibility for sub-projects. Think of projects that analyze an organization, identify areas for improvement, and implement them to guide them to the next phase in their development.
• Work hands-on. You provide concrete assistance to clients: for example, by accelerating the month-end close, improving reporting, or supporting a system implementation.
• Achieve process improvement. You analyze how things can be done better and ensure that improvements are actually implemented.
• Collaborate and mentor. You work in teams and help younger colleagues progress with your experience.
• You are in direct contact with CFOs and Management Teams and translate their questions into workable solutions.

Our office in Utrecht is located by the highway. It is characterized by wonderful natural light, good coffee, and a well-catered lunch.

• 3-5 years of experience in consultancy, finance, business IT, or change.
• A completed university degree (for example, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Management).
• You have the ambition to improve yourself and others.
• A practical attitude: you like to roll up your sleeves.
• You are communicative, analytical, and always solution-oriented.
• You are proficient in both the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

• A suitable salary for your role and responsibility, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, a good pension. Good for the future. In addition to your salary, you will also receive holiday allowance and an annual bonus (depending on results and development).
• A job for 32 or 40 hours per week.

4. The second interview: If we see a match after the first interview and you are still enthusiastic, a second introduction will follow. In this interview, we will go deeper into the position and other relevant themes. It is possible that a final interview will take place.
