• An MBO-4 or HBO diploma;

• Do you have experience as an estimator or cost expert in a technical environment (e.g., rail, infra, civil)? Then that is a plus!;
• Experience with calculation software (such as IBIS-TRAD or similar) is a plus;
• Affinity with disciplines such as BIM, engineering, or work planning.

• A good salary between € 4,000 and € 6,300 per month, depending on knowledge and experience;

You take care of the figures behind our projects. As a estimator, you are involved from the tender phase in complex rail infrastructure projects (Heavyrail and Lightrail) in and around Utrecht. You analyze customer specifications, determine the smartest way of working, and prepare accurate, competitive cost calculations. Together with the tender team, you translate customer requests into technical solutions with a solid financial foundation.

• Analyzing specifications and technical documentation;
• Preparing estimates and tender calculations;

• Requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Monitoring costs and planning;
