Interim Campus Recruiter

Do you have experience filling internship vacancies, traineeships, and organizing in-house days? Then come work as an interim campus recruiter at Dura Vermeer for the Infra Division in Utrecht starting in December.

This will be your job
Our campus recruiter is going on maternity leave, which is why we are looking for an interim campus recruiter from early December 2026 through early May 2027 for 32 hours.

As an interim campus recruiter, you will primarily be busy organizing the 2-day in-house day and the recruitment and selection for the Infra traineeship that starts in September. As a campus recruiter, you are also responsible for filling internship vacancies for a number of operating companies across the country (Utrecht, Zwolle, Cruquius). You will attend campus events (career days, fairs) of educational institutions and study associations. You are someone who knows how to connect easily and works in a result-oriented manner.

Dura Vermeer focuses on mbo, hbo, and wo students and starters, because Dura Vermeer cannot function without young talent. As a campus recruiter, you will ensure that Dura Vermeer becomes an even stronger employer brand among students and starters from programs such as Civil Engineering. You will do this together with 2 other campus recruiters who focus on Civil Engineering and Construction students.

As an interim campus recruiter, you will also work together with colleagues who are responsible for employer branding. Through a target-group-oriented approach, you know how to make the right target group enthusiastic about an internship, starter position, or traineeship within Dura Vermeer Infra Division.

This is where you fit in
You will become part of a national team of experienced campus and corporate recruiters within Dura Vermeer, who are managed by the recruitment manager. You will primarily work from our office in Utrecht.

• A completed hbo degree, for example in HRM, Personnel Management, Hotel Management, Applied Psychology, Communication, Commercial Economics, or Business Administration. 
• You have demonstrable work experience in campus recruitment.
• You reside in the Utrecht region. You will primarily work at our Utrecht – Leidsche Rijn office. It is not a remote role.
• You are energetic, work in an organized manner, can plan and organize well, and you are a connector. 
• This concerns a position of 32 hours per week. And you are available from early December through early May.
